Planning & Programming Creating the entertainment and events calendar across all venuesMaintaining a forward-looking calendarBooking and programming regular entertainment (e.g. DJs, live acts, hosts). Delivering standout seasonal and one-off events around key moments such as: NYE & Boxing Day, Bank Holidays, Pride & cultural moments, New menu launches or brand campaigns & Christmas. Live Sport Scheduling:Creating and managing the calendar of live sport being shown in our venues. Scheduling and booking entertainment for key sporting events, such as cup finals and large-scale tournaments like the World Cup, creating and managing ticket sales when necessary. Ticketed Events Creating and managing ticketed event formats, suggesting pricing structures, managing sales, and handling guest communications. Delivering high-quality guest experience from doors to close. Event Concept Development Working with the team to develop new event formats, themes, and ideas.Working closely with the team to explore brand or community partnerships.Liaising with external partners and agencies to develop experiences that involve lighting & effects and performances. Collaboration & Promotion Working with the Marketing Manager to brief them on all upcoming events to ensure campaigns run smoothly across: Social media Email marketing Posters, screens, on-site assets Supporting sales by aligning event programming with peak enquiry periods and opportunities to upsell private hires or group bookings.
