ABOUT JESSICA MESECK
My name is Jessica Meseck, and I am a fourth-year veterinary student at Iowa State University. I grew up on a small family farm in southwest Iowa where my passion for agriculture and sense of duty to my small town community cultivated my commitment to becoming a veterinarian. Growing up, I was a typical farm kid that enjoyed being outdoors and taking care of our animals. I have countless memories of being completely immersed in agricultural life and was a very active member of 4H and FFA. After graduation, I plan to return to rural Iowa to practice large animal medicine with an emphasis on beef cattle and equine. Within five years of graduation, I also plan to become a clinic owner.
