Clearly establishes and communicates timelines with the client service team(s) and keeps apprised of changes and updates. Acts as a connector of resources for Benefit Consultant and client solutions, both internal and externalInitiates quarterly claims and strategic review to provide visibility into overall execution and performance outcomesLeverages benchmarking and analytics to deliver industry insight to the client and drive development of ongoing strategyFacilitates monthly client engagement callsDetermines the full scope of services to be provided to clientMaintains accountability for revenue and profitability for client accounts and projects providing updates on the status as requiredMonitors the success of projects in terms of scope, budget, timeliness and client satisfactionCultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients and carriers to serve clients in benefits procurement and administrationAttends carrier events to remain up to date and knowledgeable of carrier plans and changes
