As a Business Systems Analyst I have worked on a diverse range of IT projects including: CRM system improvements Creation and ongiong development of Softcat\'s Internal Tools Telephony migration to MS Teams Multinational Expansion Project (adapting systems and reporting to accomodate Softcat\'s multinational expansion)New SharePoint Intranet Project Integration projects with external systems (using Boomi)Joiners, Movers, Leavers Project I work closely with stakeholoders as well as with Softcat\'s Internal Development Team, Development Partners, Product Owners and Architects and Testers, to deliver effective IT solutions to the business.
