Early in my career, leadership at Duluth Trading Company approached me to support seasonal recruiting efforts. What started as short-term support quickly turned into an opportunity to make a deeper impact. That experience opened the door to a passion I didn\'t know I had: helping people discover great opportunities, bringing roles and companies to life through authentic storytelling, and guiding candidates so they feel confident and supported every step of the way.
