In my 5+ years in the industry, food science has led me in so many different places and I\'m proud of everything I\'ve learned so far, but I\'m eager to learn more. As a scientist, the more knowledge I gain, the less I realize I know.Whether it\'s in the lab, where I\'ve worked with many different types of analytical equipment, developed SOPs, trained peers, practiced safe lab practices, and used aseptic technique.Or in a test kitchen, where I\'ve developed ideal MAP for foods, flavor matched new concepts, formulated recipes, scaled up products on the production floor, or developed food labels.Or at my desk, where I love to optimize formulas in Excel, create graphs and charts, use data to tell a story, organize projects and tasks, and research complex problems.
