Assisted in implementing a large Behavioral Health facility which includes system build to accommodate workflows within the Residential Treatment Facility and Inpatient BH units. Managed Cadence/Prelude build for a large care connect implementation. Assisted in the design and analysis of the scheduling/registration build, workflow, and processes. Implemented patient access build for a Beaker implementation. Assisted with all items related to patient access including but not limited to one-click scheduling, registration workflow re-design, and arrival lists.
