ABOUT JESSICA BOWEN

Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney with 17-plus years of litigation and jury trial experience defending personal injury cases; both state and Federal Court. Multi-year Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star. Conducts all aspects of trial advocacy and aids in evaluation and investigation of claims from inception through litigation and Judgment. Admitted to practice in Federal Court in both the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Born in Miami, FL. B.S. in Finance from Florida State University (2004), Degree-in-Three years program. Also graduated early from FSU College of Law,(Fall 2005 - December 2007); Former Intramural Chair and a Coach of the FSU Mock Trial Team; Regional Champion as a law student – ABA Labor & Employment Law Mock Trial Competition 2007; Former Vice President Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, Mason Ladd Inn. Admitted to the Florida Bar, April 2008. Between undergrad and law school, Ms. Bowen worked at the corporate headquarters of a Florida-based Property & Casualty insurance company as a part of its claims-finance teams in St. Petersburg, FL. She serves as first chair for all trials across the firm and assists with trials for other firms by client request. Consistent with firm culture, she values and enjoys her time outside of the office by: boating, fishing, hiking, kayaking, traveling, coaching, volunteering, and cheering on the Noles.
