   Effective January 2024 became strategic HR partner to Global Chief Information Officer leading a technology workforce of which includes leading an HR support team of 4 HR Business partners and 1 HR generalist to ensure consistent HR support across the global team.•Through December 2023, aligned as strategic HR partner to 6 global business unit facing Chief Information Officers with large scale organizational changes, strategic HR initiatives, complex people issues, and engagement programs.•Partnered with HR COEs and Technology Cyber SMEs to develop and roll out first Cyber Apprenticeship program that has since inception hired 6 apprentices into the 2-year program.•Lead the development and execution of a career development campaign for Technology partners which included a site with consolidated career development resources, training on guiding development for managers and continued communication to encourage partners to drive their career.•Lead the creation and execution of a global mentorship program tailored for technology partners. Initial cohort included 20 pairs through a 12-month program which included training for mentors and mentees, networking opportunities and closing ceremony which included collection of program feedback and recognition for participants.
