   P&L responsibility for the Social Impact business unit, managing both operating teams and charitable giving teams to drive both revenue and company impact globally. This business unit engages in the acquisition and retention of millions of learners and schools and thousands of new businesses in education, environment, and digital health. The business also supports corporate CSR efforts, including investor management of ESG reporting, Employee Giving, and corporate sustainability. Pioneered the launch of the Unity Social Impact business, founding, and scaling organizations focused on schools, customer training, adult reskilling, social impact, and corporate social responsibility. Partnered with the CEO and Board of Directors to design a long-term vision for Unit Social Impact and navigate through the IPO. Skilled in managing customer talent development, overseeing the training of millions of creators each month whose work appears on billions of mobile devices on which the company runs an advertising network. Over the course of four years, delivered 50% YOY growth in revenue in Education and Social Impact and expanded the Unity user base by over 40% YOY. Excelled in fundraising, developing a $200M charitable fund to drive investments in for-profit and nonprofit Unity companies to advance Education, Sustainability, and Digital Health.
