Growing up in a family business, I like to say I’ve been building my foundation in customer service and business operations for over 20 years. That early exposure shaped not only how I work, but how I connect with curiosity, empathy, and a strong bias toward action. I kicked off my professional journey at Oracle before diving into the startup world, giving me a front-row seat to both large-scale operations and the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of growing businesses.
