With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, my journey at Kaiser Permanente has been driven by a passion for collaborative care and a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes. As a Behavioral Health Manager, I leverage my expertise to align with Kaiser Permanente\'s vision of integrated patient care. I work alongside our teams and key stakeholders. We continuously innovate mental health services to resonate with our diverse patient base, ensuring our team\'s approach is always empathetic and results-driven.In my current role, I have supported program development and overseen our comprehensive assessment/neuropsych, sports medicine, training and collaborative care programs. I strive to foster a culture of continuous learning, engagement and patient-centered care among our mental health professionals.
