I’ve had the pleasure of managing diverse construction projects across various sectors, including K-12 schools, universities, government facilities, and military bases. Recently, I made the exciting move from New Mexico to Arizona, where I’m currently leading our scope at one of the largest projects in the United States: the TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) initiative. Here, Honeywell has been awarded a substantial scope of work to install a massive VESDA specialty smoke control system on a campus spanning over 1,100 acres. TSMC Arizona will be the most advanced semiconductor facility on U.S. soil, and I am honored to be selected as Honeywell SPM for the job; As Senior Project Manager overseeing the complete lifecycle of Honeywell Building System installations, I take pride in ensuring we deliver excellence at every stage of the job-from design and engineering to electrical installation, testing, inspections, commissioning, and customer training. My role is all about leading my team to deliver exceptional building solutions in the special systems market. I thrive on leading a dedicated team that balances hard work with a positive atmosphere—because the fast-paced timelines and ever evolving challenges on the jobsite should never ruin the day. I\'ve been blessed to enjoy my career in Building Construction for the past 15 years; from Business Development to Operational Leadership. Transitioning from sales to project management has shown me that while both fields have their unique challenges, project management requires a deep passion and longstanding commitment to the project that is essential for success.
