I help organizations build and transform operations so they can scale reliably in complex and regulated environments. As an Operations Transformation Executive, I design operating models and cross-functional execution systems that integrate customer, technical, and field-related operations into a cohesive performance engine.My experience includes building a start-up energy retailer from the ground up and leading a major operational turnaround during a grid transformation, redesigning workflows, governance, and performance systems to deliver results that exceeded all historical KPIs.
