About Jessica Lai

I am currently a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager across Post Sale at DoorDash. I am primarily responsible for building strategy to ensure account managers are equipped to excel with their merchants. Previously I was a Strategy and Insights Manager at Westpac, focusing on analysing customer and operational data to identify and reduce customer pain points. Prior to this, I was a consultant for almost 7 years, firstly at PwC then at Quantium.At Quantium, I supported my FMCG clients (including Unilever) to make data-driven decisions by using the Woolworths customer dataset. This included facilitating stronger discussions with their stakeholders using data, as well as feeding into strategy design. At PwC, I was a Manager predominantly leading projects in financial and economic analysis, including both micro and macroeconomic modelling. Moreover, I have developed capabilities in delivering behavioural economic insights, as well as applying my analytical skills to work in the customer and innovation space. I have worked across a variety of industries, including both Government and private sector clients.
