After relocating to Columbus I started a position with Sierra as an Assistant Store Manager. At Sierra I work in Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources with my Store Manager at a high-volume store location. Every day I am creating innovative strategies to boost shop sales. As well as managing and coordinating loss prevention and operational programs. As a team we ensure that each consumer enjoys a pleasant shopping experience. I recruit, train, manage, and mentor a team of Associates. In addition I oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, backroom, front end, and cash office.
