As an Associate Faculty member, I am responsible for performing the duties related to online instruction including (but not limited to):* posting faculty guidance and expectations,* participating in classroom discussing boards,* grading assignments, and* promptly responding to student inquiries.In addition, as a Doctoral Research Chair, I am responsible for the oversight of the doctoral research process including (but not limited to):* the facilitation of the dissertation courses and the relationship between the student, the rest ofthe committee, and the others involved with administration of the doctoral research project.* reviewing and providing weekly feedback on each assignment/draft submission and all doctoral research milestones,* guiding students in finalizing the Letter of Intent (LOI) or Project Justification Template (PJT), formulating the proposal, compiling the IRB application, conducting the research or project, and finalizing the manuscript.* participating in dialogue with the student in each weekly discussion forum and ensuring that weekly discussion prompts and exercises are appropriately completed by the student and documented within the classroom.* providing feedback, uploads the required weekly draft submission to the grade book, and completes the corresponding rubrics.* holding the student accountable for meeting milestones associated with eachdissertation course, and grades student efforts accordingly.

My personal belief is that every individual deserves an opportunity to excel and achieve in education. During my experience in higher education, I discovered many adult learners did not receive the benefit of learning the techniques and strategies needed to succeed in education. My experiences reinforce my conviction that education is the most effective when it meets the individual where they are and provides the individual the guidance, learning resources, strategies, and academic offerings needed to achieve their goals.I am a higher education leader with 20 years of experience and an adjunct faculty member. My professional goal is to serve higher education institutions through utilizing my entrepreneurial and innovative spirit and my academic, strategic, and organizational leadership capabilities to support learners in their academic and professional pursuits. I want to serve at an institution that supports my commitment to creating a culture driven by lifelong learning, inclusion, respect, collaboration, transparency, and a focus on learner support, success, and academic excellence.Specialties: Organizational leadership within complex, innovative, high-energy, evolving, and nimble institutions;(b) through solidifying transparent, collaborative, and inclusive mindsets; and (c) researching, conceptualizing, and implementing innovation in service of student success. Strategic leadership through developing and executing aligned and inclusive strategic visions and plans at the system, division, and departmental levels.
