   I work with key stakeholders across Giant Eagle to implement loyalty/program benefit updates and manage end-to-end program changes. Partner with IT, marketing, retail operations, Legal and internal communications to deliver program changes, including pilots, benefit tests and new program launches. Lead the maintenance of our Terms and Conditions to ensure they are representative of the current program. Draft language for disclaimers and other program notices for legal approval. Create training events and documentation (print and digital) to support Team Member understanding of our loyalty program. Partner with Internal Communications and Retail Operations to ensure Team Members are aware of current initiatives and are ready to speak with guests. Manage day-to-day program operations, including working with internal colleagues, including retail Team Members and Customer Care to answer questions and troubleshoot/resolve issues. Monitor loyalty program feedback and implement changes as appropriate. Work with marketing to translate enterprise initiatives into campaigns, messaging, and storytelling that resonates with our guests and stays true to the benefits of our loyalty program.
