By convening multi-alliances and fostering powerful partnerships, we create opportunities for transformative growth and innovation for clients around the world. Fueling innovation has defined my career for over 25 years. I advise Fortune 500 companies, global boards, and government agencies on transformation and collaboration, focusing on creating lasting impact. As a member of Deloitte’s Global AI Steering Committee, I help shape our worldwide AI strategy and have driven record-setting growth for our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice.My background spans mergers and acquisitions and large-scale industry transformation, allowing me to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and public sector leaders. I am dedicated to building inclusive and future-ready teams, championing women in STEM, and expanding opportunities for underrepresented talent. I often share insights on technology, business transformation, leadership, and inclusion as a speaker, striving to inspire positive change across industries.Outside of Deloitte, I contribute as a Board Director for CareerSpring and serve on the Executive Board of the National Children’s Chorus. Recognition as one of Consulting Magazine’s Top 25 Consultants and among the Bay Area’s Most Influential Women in Business reflects my ongoing commitment to innovation and inclusion.Originally from the Midwest, I now call Seattle home with my husband, whom I met on our first day at Deloitte, and our two children. When I’m not working, I love being outdoors hiking, running, sailing, or skiing, and making memories with family and friends.
