Experienced with working with those labelled with a personality disorder, with the promotion of coaching those to enforce positive life decisions and risk taking. I am also a practice educator for social work students where I am keen to provide a holistic placement where students can develop their skills with a range of clients as well as working autonomously, building the confidence to be reflective practical social workers.Passion for leadership and providing holistic interventions to clients and team members.
