Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for various IT positions.Source candidates using internal database, job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, traditional and nontraditional methodsPost open positions on Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook and various LinkedIn groups to generate steady flow of resumes.Source candidates using internal database, job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, traditional and nontraditional methodsPost open positions on Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook and various LinkedIn groups to generate steady flow of resumes.Coordinate the entire process right from screening candidates to submitting to arranging interviews to extending offers to coordinating the employment checks/ Drug Screening to onboarding candidates. Maintain regular relationship with placed consultants to generate referrals for open positionsFollow up with consultants on regular basis to check on their performance and resolve any issues that are brought to attention
