ABOUT JESSICA JORDAN

As a Homeowner Care Coordinator at Broadview Homes, I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring the quality and satisfaction of our homeowners. I work with a team of professionals to coordinate and manage the warranty process, communicate with homeowners and trades, and schedule inspections and walkthroughs.I have a background in the real estate industry, with previous experience as a Sales Associate/ Host at Broadview Homes. I have also completed certificates in Home Staging, Plans, Specifications & Drawings, Construction Fundamentals, and Construction Performance Guidelines and Warranty Applications from Mount Royal University and Phbi. These education and skills have enabled me to enhance my knowledge and abilities in the construction field, and to apply my creativity and attention to my current role as a Homeowner Care a Coordinator. I am always eager to learn new things and improve my performance.
