Key Success- Lead the effort to integrate a new mid-market vertical (via M&A) into the TTEC Solutioning practice resulting in $7M in ACV in year 1- With a team of other stakeholders, developed the process for solutioning both new logo and embedded base programs for the TTEC Agility verticalGeneral Job Duties- Understand client and prospective client business goals and requirements and utlize them to design solutions that successfully address their current and future needs- Lead and coordinate various program stakeholders to complete sales cycle projects in both proactive and reactive sales pursuits- Coordinate and lead all solution design inputs from across all TTEC stakeholders and work with pricing to develop a commercial offer- Identify potential opportunities to introduce digital capabilities, including AI and other tech innovations, into the overall program solution- Manage change process throughout the sales cycle, ensuring that all solution inputs are continuously aligned and all changes to the solution are correctly applied and documented- Clearly articulate all solutions to both internal and external stakeholders- Provide leadership and guidance to other Solutioners and cross-functional sales representatives as the SME for the Agility vertical.

I’ve spent the vast majority of my career in technology/SaaS environments and have spread my time throughout operations, human resources, and implementation roles to create a well-rounded background and experiences that are highly transferable to a wide variety of roles. Though my title has never solely been Project Manager, I\'ve amassed 5 years of experience and skills by managing projects as part of my day-to-day tasks in the majority of my roles, allowing me to achieve PMP certification and - most importantly - successful results on a wide variety of projects. In addition to my project management experience, I also have 5 years of successful people management experience. I understand that it\'s the people on your team that make projects, teams, and organizations successful and treat people accordingly.In many of my roles, I’ve been heavily involved in process definition, improvement, and management.
