An experienced healthcare administrator with a career driven by a desire to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. Most recently as a nursing home operator, I was accountable for the facilities’ overall KPIs, ranging from patient satisfaction scores, to cost and profit metrics, to positive crisis management. In all of my work, I take pride in balancing genuine patient care with a spotlight on utilization review and optimization.Honored by the American Health Care Association as a result of the response and evacuation of my health care facility during the 2018 Camp Fire in Paradise, California. During the burgeoning days of the COVID-19 pandemic, my dedication to my staff and patients was noted by the State of California Ombudsman Office and Health Care Facility Evaluator Teams. When I am out of the office you can find me relaxing with my family, reading a book or researching new stock options.
