Motto: Better athletes, better people. Facilitate character and leadership workshops to drive the winning through life lessons philosophy in the youth sports culture of today. Athletes, coaches, administrators and parents are all key players in the youth development zone. Keeping this in mind, I utilize my former sports experiences as a multi-sport collegiate athlete and high school athletic director/coach to connect, inspire and shift the focus awat from the win at all cost mentality. Have delivered over 450 workshops in classrooms, auditoriums, gymnasiums, softball fields and even the Tampa Bay Rays home field the Tropicana to Zoom interactive sessions.
