ABOUT JESSICA LIM

As a Technical Apparel Specialist at Liquid Wire Inc, I apply my skills to product and pattern development in order create innovative and functional apparel solutions. I have a Master of Science in Sports Product Management from the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business, where I gained valuable insights into the sports industry and consumer behavior to apply towards developing insightful products. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from San Francisco State University, it has equipped me with a solid foundation in design principles, processes and keen eye to create for the end user.As a Product & Pattern Developer at the University of Oregon, I worked in a cross-functional team to develop a Goal Keeper glove for Soccer. I translated consumer research insights into designs that met the target user\'s needs, created tech packs to communicate with factories and industry professionals, and developed pattern templates to ensure a secure fit. I also prototyped and constructed iterative trials in both physical and digital form, anticipating problems and facilitating solutions in a timely manner. I am passionate about creating products that enhance performance, comfort, and style for athletes and consumers alike.
