I\'ve grown personally and professionally through the years. My portfolio is so diverse because every opportunity I had to learn and conquer another facet of transportation, I took. I\'ve delved into everything from warehousing, LTL, ocean drayage, OTR (truckload), rail and aviation. I take great pleasure in diving into the nuts and bolts to streamline processes, identify goals and objectives and explore new ideas with the intention of cost savings.Through the years I\'ve learned the key to success is communication both internally and externally. Adding a personal touch for your customer is crucial. Instilling this in your team members while promoting an atmosphere of respect and camaraderie heightens the level of customer service they provide. Combining my outlooks in the above has given me great success. It has allowed me to work my way up through the ranks as I know respect is earned. I\'m now at a place in my career in which I know I have a lot to offer.
