As the Senior Manager of Digital Transformation, I work closely with customers to identify their needs, collaborate with IT to develop and invest in technology solutions, and drive adoption through collaboration with sales teams. I provide high level coordination to inbound customer response activities. I lead the digital transformation for Honeywell PMT SETS to identify customer needs, working with IT to convert these needs into development and investment plans, and work with the sales team to drive adoption. Key Responsibilities: · Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and pain points · Develop and execute strategies for digital transformation initiatives · Work closely with IT to develop and implement digital solutions · Develop business cases and ROI analysis for digital investments · Develop and implement training programs to increase digital literacy · Develop and maintain project plans for digital transformation initiatives · Collaborate with sales teams to drive adoption of digital solutions · Measure and analyze the success of digital initiatives and make adjustments as needed · Ensure that all digital initiatives are compliant with relevant regulations and security standards
