   Since starting my career at Express Retail in 2021, I have supported leaders through some of the company’s most pivotal transitions, including the 2023 acquisition of Bonobos, the 2024 bankruptcy, and the relaunch under private ownership as Phoenix LLC, a direct-to-consumer platform operating Express and Bonobos across 450 stores, Guideshops, and e-commerce.I provide leadership coaching to corporate and store leaders, helping them build capabilities and navigate change while staying engaged during brand strategy shifts. My focus is on building talent strategies that drive consistent development and performance, while equipping leaders with the tools to manage emotionally charged situations, interpersonal challenges, and organizational change with clarity and confidence.My experience spans supporting all Corporate, Store, and Guideshop functions. I collaborate closely with the Human Resources teams, including Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Corporate Communications, Organizational Development, and Talent Acquisition, to deliver aligned, people-first strategies that drive results.
