Serve as primary liaison between Channel Leadership Team and Commercial Business Intelligence Team ensuring consistency and efficiency of our reporting assets across the team.• Responsible for providing performance intelligence and analyzing the effectiveness of strategies deployed at key accounts by leveraging COGS, Transactional, Service, CRM, and Operations data.• Enable key business processes associated with channel management with the proper tools leveraging a variety of sources of performance data to manage complex business relationships.• Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, build and deploy BI solutions to commercial needs.• Ingest & analyze large datasets to discover and report on trends and patterns.• Create datasets and visualizations and reports for requested projects.• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of BI solutions.• Build continuous improvement and automation tools to improve existing processes.• Support teams as a subject matter expert in Power BI.
