ABOUT JESSICA JESS HARRISON

I’m an Apprentice Commercial Real Estate Surveyor at CBRE, working through my first of four rotations on the journey to becoming a Chartered Surveyor with RICS.Right now, I’m part of the Rating team in Southampton, focusing mainly on business rates for office and retail properties. It’s been a great way to get hands-on experience and understand how valuations and legislation affect clients in the real world.Before starting in property, I worked in hospitality and service roles, which really helped me build confidence, communication skills, and a strong sense of what good client service looks like. I’d say I’m detail oriented, honest, and always keen to help the team deliver the best results.I love meeting new people and learning from others in the industry and I’m always happy to chat about property, A-level/GCSE advice, or apprenticeships in general.
