ABOUT JESSICA HANSMANN

Jessica Hansmann received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, and Pre-Med at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. She is a Master of Social Work candidate at Columbia University, specializing in Advanced Clinical Social Work Practice. She is trained in EMDR, SPACE, and is a certified Reiki Master. Jessica is passionate about trauma therapy, somatic work, IFS, and mindfulness techniques with a focus on the integration and healing of the whole person. In the last two years, Jessica has interned at the Connecticut Center for Recovery and the Anxiety Institute, providing group and individual therapy to families, adults, and adolescents. Through these practices, she helps individuals gain a deeper connection to themselves and the world, identifying limiting internal beliefs and cultivating self-acceptance, compassion, individual duality, and empowerment. Jessica utilizes a non-judgmental approach to counseling, advocacy, and supporting others with confidence in their intrinsic value, importance, and potential. Additionally, she is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and has completed several transactions as a buyer’s and seller\'s agent. Before obtaining her Real Estate License, she worked at Jefferson Valley Rentals, strengthening her communication skills, computer literacy, and finances.
