Jessica is a joyful and collaborative Voice Director, VO Artist, and Record Coordinator with a strong background in children’s animation. Having worked across a range of high-profile productions, Jessica brings a deep understanding of casting and direction helping to shape engaging, character-driven performances for young audiences.With a foundation in voice acting from 11 years old, Jessica brings a performer’s insight to her directing. She understands the challenges performers face and uses that insight to build trust in the booth, guiding talent with empathy, clarity and passion, to deliver on the Show Creators’ vision. Whether she’s working with seasoned talent or first-time voices, Jessica’s blend of technical know-how and creative intuition allows her to foster fun environments where actors feel supported to deliver their best. Her passion for storytelling and collaborative spirit make her a trusted voice in the animation industry.Current productions include ‘Pip and Posy’ for Magic Light Pictures, and ‘My Friend Maisy’ for BBC Studios, Karrot Animation and also brings a keen eye for detail towards production management, with an expertise in managing talent and studios. Having worked in both areas, she brings her personal experience to ensure a smooth coordination between all parties, delivering projects on time and in budget.
