ABOUT JESSICA HAMM

I am a first generation graduate student at Alliant International University pursuing a doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD). I’m passionate about health and integrated care psychology, especially the psychological impacts of chronic illnesses (e.g, diabetes, lupus, and cancer). Being a Type 1 Diabetic myself, I also aim to contribute my time to support individuals living with this condition. I’m also deeply interested in suicidology—particularly suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and the role of peer support services in reducing mental health distress.
