Partners and consults with all business unit representatives and subject matter experts to identify training needs, organizational gaps, and long-term learning objectives for the organization. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content specific to Adult Learning. Develop and maintain training curricula to include training videos, on-line learning materials, training manuals, quick reference guides, and training activities. Uses adult learning theories and concepts, instructional design theory and methods in the creation of content. Roll out and deliver training programs, both in person and virtually. Define and track program metrics and assess program effectiveness to ensure appropriate KPI.
