Massage is one resource that can help in our preventative care and allows our bodies to live with less pain and more balance. When we allow ourselves time to recharge and restore, we can give ourself and others the best of us, instead of what’s left of us. I’m a women and senior/geriatric massage therapist who has a passion for helping women decompress and renew. My senior clients are helped not only physically, but mentally and emotionally.
