Assisting with making sure inventory pricing is correct in the states of Missouri and South Dakota with a total of 19 Stores all together. Working with the AP department to ensure pricing is correct prior to paying invoices. Communicating with Vendor Relations Manager and AP when changes are needed in the catalog or on invoices to ensure we have the correct pricing applied for both the customers and Vendors. Noticing when we have received extra product or not the correct amount and notifying VRM to ensure the issue is corrected. Utilizing system tools like Metrc, Leaflink, LeafTrade and Dutchie allows me to ensure I am using all of my resources to make sure any invoice is reconciled as need be for proper payment. Also assist with scheduling Vendor Pop-Up days and making sure the discounts are in the system for the correct store, date and time.
