As a commercial real estate project manager, I have overseen various types of projects, worked with interesting vendors across all disciplines and enjoyed assisting all types of clients build out or refresh their workplace. I worked with a major hospital system as their owner representative on all aspects of design and construction for occupied hospital construction to free standing clinics, focusing on workplace safety, LEAN design practices to optimize operations, and customer satisfaction. This has easily translated into both inventor (landlord) representation and occupier (tenant) representation satisfaction. I am rewarded by the project process and seeing a space at the beginning of a project and how it transforms into a fresh, new workplace for each tenant.
