ABOUT JESSICA BERREZAIE FRACASSI

EXPERIENCEJessica is Managing Director of Hermès Maison, the métier dedicated to furniture, lighting, decorative objects, tableware and home textiles.She leads the strategic development of the métier, from defining its long-term vision and product offering to accelerating sales through Hermès’ global omnichannel distribution network, including retail, travel retail and e-commerce.She also serves as Chair of Puiforcat and Chair of the porcelain manufactures CATE and BEYRAND, contributing to the development and transmission of exceptional French craftsmanship.Jessica previously served as Retail Director for Hermès France, overseeing the development and performance of one of the Group’s most strategic markets.She has spent more than twenty years at Hermès, holding leadership positions across merchandising, retail, branding and product development.Earlier in her career, she worked for Rolls-Royce and Société Générale.EDUCATION & ENGAGEMENTJessica holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and studied at CELSA, La Sorbonne and Sciences Po (Corporate Governance). She is also certified by ECODA as a Non-Executive Director.She serves as Vice President of the International Women’s Forum France.She supports Les Entretiens de l’Excellence, an organization promoting equal access to higher education.She is particularly interested in craftsmanship, sustainability and the arts, and is also a performing musician.Jessica speaks French, Italian and English.
