As the Administrator at MHC, I am responsible for the the management, and supervision of all LHCSA service programs, I monitor and report out on all program expenditures and contract utilization.Responsible for review and recommendation of all vendor service contracts as needed, the evaluation of programs to incorporate unmet community needs.Network, Market, and educate community resources.Review, revise and develop program policies and procedures as needed and appropriate perDOH licensing requirements.Exercise administrative supervision over all professional, technical, and other staff includingsupervisory staff. Expand LHCSA services to other populations and/or geographic areas when pertinent to doso or when a need is present.Ensure through supervision and collaboration with the supervising RN, that consumers arereceiving quality care driven by the stated agency standards and the standards set forth by theNYS DOH. Oversee and monitor all of health information documentation, billing, quality improvement activities, scheduling/on-call responsibilities, consumer complaints, and develop statistical reports.
