Manage all Implementation Coordinators (Mentoring/Training/Resource Allocation/Escalations) including the review and approval of Implementation Coordinator PTO and Expenses•Collaboration with internal AirStrip teams, partner companies, new and existing clients, and third party system vendors •New installation training and implementation under the management of Project Management Office – completion of project documentation, assist in setting priorities, aligning training to high priority use cases, understanding the business application, and coordinating training and go-live activities; additional responsibilities include go-live support and resource management, end-user/admin training, end-user installation, and post go-live updates•Collaborate with client hospital points of contact to design successful go-live events including communication, advertising, and physician attendance and engagement •Install and train clinicians and other end users during go-live events – address questions, reinforce high priority use cases, communicate value proposition, and enhance the physician experience and excitement •Manage escalation and communication of risks and issues from inception through resolution•Identify issues, concerns and communicate them effectively•Present options and recommendations to minimize negative impact of issues and amplify client success and satisfaction •Work directly with Clinical Transformation to remedy any workflow issues discovered with the customer•Responsible for ensuring all project related documentation is up to date and available•Support multiple Account Managers and projects with installation support, reporting, etc.•Support version upgrades and other maintenance initiatives •Maintain and audit client information as required
