I am Co-founder and President of Next Gen Personal Finance, a nonprofit committed to national change: By 2030, every high school student will graduate having learned one full semester of personal finance education. I excel at curriculum design for high school students, employee growth and development, and transforming org-wide processes for greater impact. I lead small but mighty teams with big outcomes. My passions are public education, the power of words, continuous learning, and professional excellence.

Here\'s a little bit of what I do, specifically-Organize and develop our small but growing team to move rapidly toward quarterly and monthly goals, allowing NGPF to be a leader in personal finance education innovation-Push forward our team\'s professional development efforts, which in this school year alone will provide over hours of online instruction direct to teachers across the nation-Personally generate, as well as support others, in the creation of comprehensive units, lessons, and activities to engage the country\'s diverse population of high school learners
