ABOUT JESSICA EDWARDS
I work on problems that matter, especially where systems are messy, change is overdue, and people deserve better. That’s taken me from the Peace Corps and public education to healthcare and digital transformation in my consulting work. My focus has always been the same: make it make sense, and make it work for the people it’s meant to serve.I thrive in complex environments where the vision is ambitious and the outcomes affect real lives. What drives me most is doing meaningful work with teams who want to make things better and not just talk about it. My work spans digital product launches, operational redesign, and system-wide change across healthcare IT, fintech, and the public sector. I bring heart to the work, creativity to the strategy, and urgency to execution. My goal is to help teams align across functions and move forward with purpose.I am passionate about advancing technology and innovation to improve outcomes, enhance experiences, and deliver real value to individuals, patients, and communities. I focus on strategies that apply data, AI, and emerging tools to drive meaningful impact in healthcare and mission-driven sectors. I care about building solutions that keep humans at the center of design and make systems work better for the people who rely on them.My foundation comes from working in communities where listening came before leading. That experience shaped how I approach strategy with humility, context, and a focus on what truly matters to the people we are building for.I’m not here to over-polish. I’m here to build, adapt, and help shape the next version of work and care: more intelligent, more equitable, and more human.
