As a Strategy and Planning Manager in the Office of the CEO, responsible for driving the execution of strategic initiatives as identified by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). • Corporate Planning: Drive Quarterly Business Reviews, Long Range Strategy and Annual Planning which includes partnering with Senior Leadership to identify goals for corporate plans, collaborating with partners to innovate new metrics and views on behalf of the ELT, developing templates which serve as guides for our Business Entities and functions, compiling and synthesizing key priorities and financials and improving processes to facilitate Cisco’s business growth • Strategic Program Management: Develop, nourish and manage critical relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders to create agendas for ELT planning discussions, lead logistics for ELT planning meetings, develop and track high priority action items for the company, innovate key dashboards for Cisco’s Board of Directors and partner with leads to source periodic Board updates
