Support the VP of Design & Production in the development of 120 garments per quarter for fast fashion-luxury golf brand Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG). Responsible for maintenance and final handoffs of garment development to factories. Approximately 120 garments per quarter / 350 per year. Lead technical team associate / assistant tech designers.Manage grading and finalizing patterns into production. Work daily with international factories in Italy, Korea and China, as well as domestic production in Los Angeles and New York.Implemented garment CAD and Techpack PLM system that has streamlined organization of the three year old startup golf apparel brand. Has contributed to doubling profits each year, as well as expediting creation to market efficiency.
