In my role, I focus on understanding the Para Sport landscape, including athlete classification and the current competition scene. I research possible ways to build a database of national Para Sport athletes and identify target markets for international competitors. I assist the Head of Para Sport and Head Coaches with performance program recruitment, plan and support Para Sport events, and contribute to marketing and communications efforts. Additionally, I analyse the success of Para Sport programs, and represent the field as a Para Sport Ambassador at relevant fixtures and events.
