Medical Materials, Inc.(MMI) was founded by an EP nurse with a goal to recycle expired cardiovascular and neurovascular devices through a network of non-clinical R&D engineers, educational facilities, and medical device start-ups that can use expired inventory for testing purposes. This mission keeps Cath lab disposables from entering our landfills, and recycles through the hands of industry professionals who are committed to advancing medical device technology on a global level. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of MMI; Inventory management, purchasing, logistics, and fulfillment. Strategizing and implementing new internal protocols, training and leading a team to achieve optimal efficiency while exceeding company growth expectations. Expansion of both vendor and customer networks through marketing and effective communications. Striving to continuously streamline the business while applying an entrepreneurial approach and using analytics from an eCommerce platform to determine the direction of potential growth avenues.
