About Jessica Dickson
Hi! My name is Jessica Dickson. I am currently a student at the University of Miami where I am pursuing my bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering.In my past year at the University of Miami, I have had the opportunity to be a research assistant in a musculoskeletal biomechanics\' lab. I plan to continue my involvement in this lab, where I assist in various research projects. My role includes recruiting and testing subjects, running 3D programs, data processing, data analysis, and statistical analysis. Outside of my involvement at the University of Miami, I held multiple leadership positions at SeaTrek Ltd. During my time with SeaTrek I received my NAUI Divemaster certification, became a captain, and program director. My experience in these roles allowed me to learn time management, organization, leadership, and resilience skills.
