I partner with the business to establish clear learning objectives aligned with strategic goals and create high-quality training content tailored to the supported audience. I stay current with the latest industry tools and processes, working with the L&D team, managers, and directors to produce quality training deliverables. I actively participate in and facilitate in-person or virtual meetings to support learning projects and maintain accurate project status updates in the team\'s project tracking tool. I lead \"train the trainer\" sessions and diagnose and escalate risks to appropriate L&D leaders and stakeholders.I design and develop comprehensive learning solutions that incorporate various formats, including online, video, simulations, and instructor-led training.
