ABOUT JESSICA CUNNINGHAM
I earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University with a clinical focus on Health, Mental Health and Disabilities. Shortly after graduating, I found myself in a job in the corporate world and very much enjoyed my time in the culture of the company I worked for. I learned so much about myself during that time and evolved greatly, but ultimately decided that I needed to get back to the work that gives me life. I also hold a certification in Health and Life Coaching, which I pursued to share my passion for health and wellness with others and learn new skills to bring into the therapeutic relationship. I believe in the importance of empowering clients and creating a safe space to share and explore as they work toward identifying and achieving goals. I view each client holistically, individually, and as a partner in determining the best approach for their needs.
